Picked up my new car today and can't say anything apart from excellent. Such lovely family, very warm reception and atmosphere, honest and upfront. Normally you wouldn't expect an 11 year old car to be sparkling clean but mine hasn't got a speckle of dust on it! The gentleman even offered to pick me up from the train station as I was travelling from another city. Wish all dealers were like this, highly recommend!

If you look at the Autotrader ratings for vehicles for sale from this dealer, you will find that they're all either 'Great Price' or 'Lower Price'. Amazingly, this is coupled with excellent vehicles and excellent customer service. They are responsive, helpful, and this was the most painless car-buying experience I've ever had... I'd had reservations about buying cars online, but was totally reassured throughout the process. To anyone pondering whether to buy a car from Elite Vehicle Sales - go for it!

I was in the market for a car for my Son & saw what looked the Ideal one at Elite Vehicle Sales. Made an online enquiry & dealt with one of their sales staff who was very helpful. I asked if it could be delivered to my house if I purchased it as I didnt have the insurance set up as it was for my Son, The sales staff agreed & sent me a video on whatsapp so I could see it better, I agreed the sale & did a bank transfer, The fiesta got delivered the next day & I am over the moon with it. Purchased a volvo during tier 3 lockdown.. was apprehensive at first about buying a car I hadn't seen in the flesh.. elite sent an in depth 5min video of the car showing any marks etc. Upon viewing the video I was happy to proceed and the rest was a piece of cake!! Car was delivered to my door the next day , and was one of those rare occasions where it was actually better than I expected!! Great service and great price cars.. thanks chaps

Bought a car from elite sales during lockdown. He did everything possible to make me feel comfortable and safe during this pandemic. He sent me a viewing video so I didn't have to travel miles during lockdown and even delivered the car for free because I wasnt further than 50 miles. Absolutely made up with it. Thank you

Elite car sales were extremely helpful and made the whole process of buying and part exchanging a car a very easy and straightforward process. At no point did we feel under pressure to buy and he even encouraged us to also look at another car elsewhere in order for us to feel happy we had a good deal buying from him. We are very happy with our purchase and would have no hesitation in buying from Simon again in the future!
